Welcome to the 2013 Morgantown Homeshow:

Last year's show, which was held at the Hazel & J.W. Ruby Community Center at Mylan Park, was our largest and best show ever, with over 110 exhibitors occupying 166 spaces. Attendance was phenomenal all three days and we are hoping to make this year's show even better.

The North Central West Virginia Home Builders Association "Home Show 2013" is scheduled to be held on March 8th, 9th & 10th, 2013. The hours for the show will be from 12pm-7pm on Friday, 10am-7pm on Saturday and 11am-5pm on Sunday.

Most of our exhibitors have expressed their desire to return again this year, and we have given them a priority placement deadline for their booth space of January 7, 2013. All other booth assignments will be made on a first received basis.

We are adding outdoor spaces this year! These spaces will be 20' x 20' and have water and electricity available (RV hookups). The price is the same as the indoor 10' x 10' spaces. Tents/canopies are not provided.

We will again be using a setup schedule based on booth location, which will be sent with your executed contract.

Our promotional package will include advertising on local radio stations, in local newspapaers on local television and on the web. Our promotional package will exceed $35,000. This has proven to be a very effective way to draw INTERESTED traffic to the show. We are once again working with West Virginia Radio Corporation (WVAQ, WAJR, WKKW, WFBY), the Dominion Post, WBOY-TV, Comcast and Home Improvement Magazine on Home Show packages for our exhibitors. This will allow our exhibitors to do additional advertising customized for their businesses at a greatly reduced rate. We area also continuing our web presenece with the help of Asayo Creative and WV Radio, which will provide much more information about the show. There are still a few spaces still available on this year's "Show Bag." Please let us knwo if you are interested in taking one of these spots.

We still believe that you would be hard pressed to find any marketing event that will provide you with this type of exposure at such a small cost. If you have not participated before, there is no better time than now to start. If you haven't participated in a while, there is no better time than now to come back.
